I'm Yamil Fernandez, and I built this company on a simple observation: property owners here were juggling three different companies for the lawn, the exterior, and the house itself — and still chasing all three for callbacks. So Northline became the one call that covers it all.
Today we care for family homes, vacation rentals, and investment properties across the Asheville area. Some clients see us every week; others trust us with keys and check-ins while they're states away. Either way, the standard is the same: do it right, clean up after ourselves, and tell you what we did.
